Cast members from the HBO television series, True Blood, and its creator, Alan Ball, step up to the It Gets Better plate to share their messages of hope and support against bullying. I'm a huge fan of the show and it's exciting and delightful to see Alexander Skarsgard, Rutina Wesley, Kristin Bauer and Alan Ball speak up for a cause that I strongly believe in and hold very dear to my heart.

Lady Gaga Goes Nude for Fashion

Lady Gaga is definitely dedicated to fashion and art and in 2009 she starred in this bondage-inspired fashion editorial for Vogue Nippon, shot by Nobuyoshi Araki. She looks amazing and this spread reminds me of an infamous cult classic Japanese bondage film called Tokyo Decadence. Gaga is ultra sexy and chic in this photo spread and she effortlessly merges fashion with art - STUNNING!

Diesel Fall/Winter 2011 Ad Campaign

This is Diesel's ad campaign for fall/winter 2011 and to be honest, it really doesn't do anything for me. It looks like every other Diesel ad campaign with a bunch of models trying to look edgy in their Diesel jeans.

Diesel is a great mid-level fashion house and I usually turn to this brand for basics and staples, but beyond that, Diesel collections aren't really that interesting. You know this collection will have some shiny jackets, a ton of different denim cuts and multiple shirts overtly emblazoned with the Diesel branding or the Diesel logo. In other words, I guess Diesel is just predictable.

Watch! Stephen Colbert's Awesome It Gets Better Video

The It Gets Better project is something that I hold very dear to my heart because I've been there and I know what it feels like to be bullied on a day-to-day basis, to the point that I started to wonder what the point of living was. I'm so glad that this project and anti-bullying initiative has been embraced by so many celebrities and people in positions of power that can truly touch and influence people's lives.

Stephen Colbert
is the ultimate pop culture and political satirist of the 21st century and I'm delighted to see this video in which he shares an insightful and empowering anecdote in support of the It Gets Better project. He is definitely one of pop culture's strongest voices and his words and story will truly make a difference to someone, somewhere, struggling with a bully.

Watch! Hussein Chalayan for Puma Black Label Video

Hussein Chalayan is the creative director for Puma and he brings his avante-garde vision to Puma's Black Label. Puma is definitely one of the leaders in challenging traditional notions of sportswear and the brand has previously collaborated with visionary designers like the late Alexander McQueen, Neil Barrett and Mihara Yasuhiro. This video provides a glimpse at Chalayan's collection for the Black Label, as well as, a behind-the-scenes look at his design inspirations and creative design innovations. I'm loving a lot of the pieces seen in this video, but the structured and sculpted sneakers are definitely the stars of this clip. Check it!

Jeremy Scott for Adidas Originals Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook

Recently, I posted a behind-the-scenes video featuring Jeremy Scott at the shoot for his fall/winter 2011 lookbook and here we have some of the results from that day. Jeremy Scott has single-handedly reinvented street wear and taken it to another level with his whimsical, avante-garde aesthetic. I can never get enough Jeremy Scott in my life and I love the creativity and innovation that's gone into this collection. It's definitely not for everyone, but how can you not love the stuffed panda bear sneakers or the winged jeans? Fun, funky, provocative and way too cool, look for this collection in Adidas Originals locations this fall.

Jil Sander for Uniqlo Fall/Winter 2011

This is a peek at the Jil Sander for Uniqlo fall/winter 2011 ad campaign. I'm a huge fan of this designer collaboration and I'm extremely disappointed to learn that this will be Jil Sander's final collection for the Japanese fashion retail giant. The coats are gorgeous and the impeccable tailoring is what makes these coats collectible and uniquely Jil Sander. Let's hope that Ms. Sander has been inspired by the success of her collaboration with Uniqlo and that she decides to continue pushing the fashion envelope with her visionary and innovative designs!

3.1 Phillip Lim Spring 2012 Video

This is an official Spring 2012 campaign video from 3.1 Phillip Lim. I love the 3.1 Phillip Lim aesthetic and this collection has a lot of fashion forward and wearable pieces. My favourite pieces featured in this video are the poncho-style windbreakers and the strappy leather sandals. This is definitely a collection to look forward to!

Dolce & Gabanna Fall/Winter 2011 Ad Campaign

This is Dolce & Gabanna's fall/winter 2011 ad campaign shot by Steven Klein. I always end up falling in love with Dolce and Gabanna's ad campaigns each season because the imagery always whisks me away to an Italian haven where everyone looks so effortlessly stylish and chic. I've heard that the everyday street fashion in Milan is comparable to one of these ad campaigns and needless to say, I'm dreaming of the day I can discover this secret place where everyone is decked out in high Italian fashion--sigh......
