Tokyo Street Style

I've always been an admirer and a huge fan of Japanese street style and last month when I was in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of witnessing it first hand. Harajuku truly is a fashion world in itself and the stylish kids in Tokyo make it all look so effortless.

My favourite looks for boys involved amazing hats, slouchy layered tops and colourful drop-crotch pants. Girls always have more options available, but I loved seeing Holly Hobbie dresses, lace parasols, and sleek tailored minimal dresses and tops. Street style is all about attitude, self-expression, individuality, fashion and swagger, and Tokyo has lots of it!
